Returns & Exchanges
We want every handmade piece to feel right. If your order is not suitable, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will help arrange a return or exchange.
Return conditions
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in their original packaging. Because every piece is handmade, small variations in weave, embroidery or colour are part of its character and are not considered defects.
How to request a return
Contact us through Telegram or the contact page within 14 days of delivery. Include your order reference, the item concerned and the reason for the return. Wait for our confirmation before sending the piece back.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged in transit or different from the item ordered. In those cases, KRAMA or VICHY covers the reasonable return cost.
Exchanges
Size or colour exchanges are possible within the same 14-day period, subject to availability. If the replacement has a different price, we will confirm the difference before proceeding.
Refunds
Once the returned piece has been received and checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless the order was defective or incorrect.
